What Flooring Material Is This?

Have you heard of Woven Vinyl, Vinyl Carpet or Hybrid Resilient Carpet? This stuff is amazing and especially practical for certain applications. Because of its ability to resist staining it's a good solution for dining halls and high traffic institutional use. I saw a demonstration on EVO’s product where the sales person literally slashed the sample several times with a knife, and the cuts were not detectable until the sample was bent to show light coming through the cut.
